Mrs. Harrington "Apple Cart" note

A card that's roughly the size of a business card says only "Mrs. Harrington" on the front. On the back it reads

They tell me you are full of fun
That you and mischief never part
That in the garden Adam had
'Twas you upset the apple cart!

Sender is unknown. It's not clear which Mrs. Harrington was the recipient. The handwriting doesn't seem to match Preston Meeker Harrington Sr (1871-1942)'s letters to Carrie or Preston Meeker Harrington Jr (1904-1980)'s letters to Katharine.
